The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig product is a thermostable material, allowing it to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. The optimal temperature range is typically around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Our wigs cannot be dyed, as they lack the hair cuticle required to maintain the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinse inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

To wear the wig, follow these steps: a) Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) Put on the wig cap; c) Place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; d) Secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb, apply shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then air dry.

Shedding and tangling are common, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. Use a wide-tooth comb to remove the excess hair, combing from the ends to the roots, and this will help prevent further shedding and tangling.

The hairstyle may vary slightly between different batches due to the handcrafted nature of the wigs, and you can restyle the wig as needed. The color may also vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

The wig head is designed according to the shape of the human head, making it suitable for most wigs. It measures approximately 21 inches and comes with a table clamp, two wig caps, 14 head pins, and a thread, making it easy to install and secure the wig.
